Here are some of the more successful photos that I took relating to the season of autumn.
The above 5 images have a larger depth of field that some of the other photos that I have taken. The first two photos are of trees, some of the leaves on the trees have started to change colour yet the majority of them are still green as they have yet to begin the transition into autumn. The third photo is of a lake with lots of trees around it, the main focal point in this photo is in the foreground on the twigs and fence with everything else out of focus. The last two photos are of trees, in both photos the leaves in the foreground have changed colour with the leaves in the background still fairly green. I do like these photos however I don't feel they are very good in showing the word autumn.
In the photos above I have looked at leaves on trees, within each photo I have used depth of field by having the foreground in focus and the background out of focus. I really like these photographs, I feel the show the season of autumn within them due to the colours on the leaves. I really like the different compositions and I think that creating depth of field makes for a more interesting and effective outcome.
The eight photographs above are of leaves on the ground, I feel that the last four photos are more successful than the first four photos due the the colour within them, I feel they are better at showing autumn due to the colour. I feel the first four photos are less successful as I don't really like the compositions and I don't feel they have as much of an impact as their is not that much colour within them.
I am going to choose my final photograph relating to the season of autumn from all of the photo above.
